Colorado Mountain Medical\u2019s obstetrics and gynecology team specializes in the full scope of family planning services including diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the female reproductive organs as well as providing prenatal care and delivering babies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note: <\/strong>Due to high demand for OB\/GYN services, routine appointments are typically scheduling 8-10 weeks in advance. If you are pregnant, experiencing new or concerning symptoms, or have an urgent medical need, please contact our office for assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All OB\/GYNs with CMM are board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. We offer obstetric and gynecological care to patients of all ages. We also offer IUI fertility treatment<\/a><\/strong>, MonaLisa Touch<\/strong><\/a> laser treatment and other in-office procedures.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our obstetric gynecologists work with Vail Health Family Birth Center<\/a><\/strong> and Vail Health Howard Head Sports Medicine\u2019s pelvic health specialists<\/a><\/strong> to help women recover safely from childbirth so that they can get back to the activities they love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Need Medical Forms?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Requesting Family Medical Leave of Absence (FMLA), Short Term Disability (STD), Leave of Absence (LOA), Release to Work and Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (FAMLI) forms are easy to request by email. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Simply email obgynforms@vailhealth.org<\/a> with your name, date of birth, OBGYN provider and a copy of the form you need completed. Emails are answered within five business days, or as applicable based on forms requirements. Completed forms will be sent back to you via secure email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
