John Nash is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Worcester State University. He continued his education and was awarded a master’s degree from the State University of New York in Social Work. John’s experience includes serving children, adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma and related mental health challenges. He has training and experience working in a clinical setting specializing in working with individuals and families coping with chronic life-threatening illness. Some of the techniques he utilizes includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, patient centered treatment, and trauma informed care. John has extensive experience providing end of life care and people suffering from loss, grief, and bereavement. John also brings expertise in the area of healthcare quality improvement and strives to provide effective and efficient patient centered care.
