Morrika Wolford is a licensed professional counselor with experience working with clients on coping skills, behavior changes, and processing through trauma. Using person-centered techniques combined with Gestalt, Constructivist, Reality, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy/Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Transpersonal theories, she assists clients in empowerment, healing, and growth into their authentic and healthy selves.
