Biography
Dawn Nichols is a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience in outpatient, hospital, community, community mental health, and crisis response settings. She focuses on anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma/grief, with adolescents and adults. Dawn also offers couples counseling. She utilizes cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, motivational interviewing, person-centered, existential, and feminist approaches. Dawn has resided in the Vail Valley for 23 years and her special interests include running, swimming, reading, and watching historical documentaries.
