Biography

Kady is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in non-profit, community mental health and private practice settings. She works with individuals and families using EMDR Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, mindfulness and solutions-focused modalities with trauma-focused and attachment-based lenses. Kady has a focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, disrupted attachment, addiction, relational issues, family breakdown, and life transitions. Kady is trained in EMDR Therapy and has a level 2 certificate in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. Kady also has experience in nature-based and adventure therapies as an adjunct to her work.
