COMMUNITY GRIEF SUPPORT GROUP

Free adult support group.

Colorado Mountain Medical will be hosting an Open Community Support Group focused on Grief on Wednesday mornings from 8am to 9am via zoom during the month of February. This group is intended for an adult population. Group size will be limited, so please register in advance. These are intended to be stand-alone support groups, so attendance for all sessions is not required. This group is supported through Olivia’s Fund and there will be no cost to participants.

A PEACE WARRIOR
Learn how to better identify patterns of anger and aggression. Through this 10 week group, you will adopt new ways to understand and reduce anger and avoid unwanted consequences through education and skills practice.

ANXIETY - LIVING WITH IT

ANXIETY - LIVING WITH IT
This group is designed for adults struggling to manage anxiety. In this group, we will develop coping tools and strategies to manage anxiety, explore the role our thoughts play in creating and maintaining our own anxiety, and learn to process anxiety in a healthier way.

MOOD MANAGEMENT FOR TEENS

MOOD MANAGEMENT FOR TEENS 
This adolescent and teen group will help manage tough emotions that sometimes take over or take charge. We will use DBT and mindfulness skills to learn about regulating emotions. It will be a skill-based group with weekly process time for support.
