The Pediatrics team at Colorado Mountain Medical manages the health and wellness of infants, children and adolescents into young adulthood. Our specialists focus on physical, behavioral and mental health issues that children experience throughout their growing years. Pediatricians are integral in preventative medicine and education of the patient and family to ensure lifelong health. The pediatrics department uses integrative medicine approaches to diagnose, treat and prevent illness. Our Pediatrics team ensures children are meeting their milestones in behavior, growth and developmental skills.

Colorado Mountain Medical’s pediatricians work with Vail Health Howard Head Sports Medicine’s pediatric physical and occupational therapists to help children needing extra support reach their full potential and enjoy the activities they love.

Need Back-to-School Forms?

Requesting back-to-school, summer camp, medication administration and sports permission clearance forms are easy to request by email. 

Simply email Pediatric.Forms@VailHealth.orgwith your child's name, date of birth, primary care provider/pediatrician’s name and the type of form you need. Emails are answered within three business days, and completed forms will be sent back to you via secure email.
